These crispy, cheesy Air Fryer Pasta Chips are a fun and addictive snack! Lightly seasoned with Parmesan, garlic, and Italian spices, they’re perfect for dipping in marinara or spinach artichoke dip.

- 12 ounces bow-tie pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta:
- Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil.
- Cook pasta for 7–8 minutes until al dente.
- Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Season the Pasta:
- Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat evenly.
- Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Preheat and Prepare Air Fryer:
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with nonstick cooking spray.
- Air Fry in Batches:
- Arrange pasta in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 5 minutes, then flip with a spatula and cook for another 2–3 minutes until golden brown.
- Transfer to a baking sheet lined with paper towels.
- Repeat until all pasta is cooked.
- Serve:
- Enjoy warm with marinara sauce or spinach artichoke dip.
Notes
- Air Fryer Variation: This recipe was tested in a Cosori 5.8qt air fryer. If using a different model, adjust cooking time as needed.
- Batch Cooking: A 12-ounce box of pasta will require about 5 batches in a Cosori 5.8qt air fryer.
- Extra Crispiness: Let pasta air dry for a few minutes after draining before seasoning for even crispier chips.
