- 12 mini croissants, halved horizontally
- 3/4 pound thinly sliced smoked deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, cut diagonally
For the Topping
- 1 large egg white
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1 tablespoon water
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with oil or nonstick spray.
- 2. Make the Butter Spread
- In a small bowl, mix together butter, Dijon mustard, green onions, and honey.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
