These Baked Ham and Cheese Mozzarella Sticks are a quick, cheesy appetizer made with honey ham, mozzarella string cheese, and crispy egg roll wrappers. Perfect for game day, parties, or a fun family snack!

- 12 egg roll wrappers (7-inch)
- 12 slices honey ham, thinly sliced
- 12 mozzarella sticks (string cheese)
- Olive oil
- Garlic salt
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Assemble Sticks: Lay an egg roll wrapper in a diamond shape. Place a slice of ham in the center, then add one mozzarella stick on top. Fold the sides of the wrapper over the cheese, then roll tightly to create an egg roll shape. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with Olive Oil: Lightly brush each stick with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic salt to taste.
- Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown. Flip the sticks and bake for an additional 4–5 minutes, or until browned to your liking.
- Serve: Remove from the oven and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy!
Notes
- Check the sticks a couple of minutes before the end of the baking time, as ovens may vary.
- Pair with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or honey mustard for dipping.
