Description

This creamy cucumber snack is a quick, refreshing, and flavorful treat that comes together in just 5 minutes! Crisp sliced cucumbers are tossed with cheese, bacon bits, and a zesty avocado lime ranch dressing, then seasoned to perfection with Old Bay and Salad Supreme. It’s the perfect low-carb snack or a fun appetizer that’s packed with flavor and crunch!


Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • 2 tbsp bacon bits
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A sprinkle of Old Bay seasoning
  • A dash of Salad Supreme seasoning

 

  • 2 tbsp avocado lime ranch dressing

Instructions

  1. 1. Slice the Cucumbers
  2. Wash and slice 2 cucumbers into bite-sized rounds. Place them in a mixing bowl.
  3. 2. Add the Mix-Ins
  4. Sprinkle the shredded cheese, bacon bits, black pepper, Old Bay seasoning, and Salad Supreme seasoning over the cucumbers.
  5. 3. Drizzle the Dressing
  6. Pour 2 tablespoons of avocado lime ranch dressing over the cucumber mixture.
  7. 4. Mix & Serve
  8. Stir everything together until all the cucumbers are evenly coated.
